SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- All shipping cost will be clearly indicate upon check out.
- After your order is verified and payment has been made, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:
- Within 4-6 working days for Peninsular Malaysia (exclude Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays).
- Within 5-7 working days for Sabah & Sarawak (exlude Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays).
- Perfect Companion (M) Sdn Bhd aim to deliver the Product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your Order.
- Perfect Companion (M) Sdn Bhd aim to deliver within 7 working days from order made, but Perfect Companion (M) Sdn Bhd cannot promise an exact date when you submit your Order.
- Perfect Companion (M) Sdn Bhd order cut off day shall be 11.59 PM daily. Any order made after 00.00 AM shall be process the following working day. Should order fall on Friday, next working day shall be on Monday.
- Perfect Companion (M) Sdn Bhd always aim to deliver within the stipulated time frame of any Order, which Perfect Companion (M) Sdn Bhd accept but cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates.
- Perfect Companion (M) Sdn Bhd shall aim to let you know if expected that Perfect Companion (M) Sdn Bhd are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, Perfect Companion (M) Sdn Bhd shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
- Please note that Perfect Companion (M) Sdn Bhd only deliver orders within states in Malaysia, including Sabah & Sarawak.
- Perfect Companion (M) Sdn Bhd deliver in our standard packaging, any special packaging is not applicable.
- Perfect Companion (M) Sdn Bhd shall ensures the order is in good and presentable condition before item being shipped out.
- You must take care when opening the Product so as not to damage it, particularly when using any sharp instruments. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Products are sufficient and suitable for your purposes and meet your individual requirements. Perfect Companion (M) Sdn Bhd do not warrant that the Products will meet your individual requirements. You acknowledge that the Products are standard and not made bespoke to fit any particular requirements that you may have.
CANCELLATION
- Perfect Companion (M) Sdn Bhd may cancel an order if the Product is not available for certain agreeable reason between customer and Perfect Companion (M) Sdn Bhd.
- Perfect Companion (M) Sdn Bhd shall notify the case and return any payment that has made, as agreed and acknowledge by Perfect Companion (M) Sdn Bhd.
- Perfect Companion (M) Sdn Bhd shall refund the money received, and may not be the same method as payment being made via payment gateway.
- Perfect Companion (M) Sdn Bhd shall not accept any cancellation of order for any possible reason, execpt for cases as mentioned in (Cancellation 1.)
FAULTY PRODUCTS
- Perfect Companion (M) Sdn Bhd warrant that:
- the Product will be delivered undamaged in the quantities ordered; and
- the Product will conform with the manufacturer’s latest published instructions as set out on the Site or in our Product material at the time of your Order.
- should the product received in damaged conditions, please email the proof of photo and shipping note to marketing@perfectcompanion.com.my.
- complaints of damaged product should be made within 24 hours upon receiving the item.
- any complaints made after 24 hours upon receiving the item shall not be entertained.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
- All items ordered are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
GUARANTEE AND COMPLAINTS MANAGEMENT
- Perfect Companion (M) Sdn Bhd shall perform our obligations under these Terms and Conditions with reasonable skills and care.
- Perfect Companion (M) Sdn Bhd place great value on our customer satisfaction. You may contact us at any time using the contact details given. Perfect Companion (M) Sdn Bhd will attempt to address your concerns as soon as reasonably possible and will contact you on receipt of any relevant enquiry or complaint.
- Should you have any inquiries, or camplaints, kindy contact us at 1300-885-895 or, fill up the complaint form and email to: marketing@perfectcompanion.com.my.
In the event of a complaint kindly describe the object of your complaint as accurately as possible and, where applicable, send us copies of the Order or at least the order number that Perfect Companion (M) Sdn Bhd assign you in the Confirmation of Order.
- Should you not have received any reaction from us within 5 working days, please make further enquiries. In rare cases your emails may be caught up in our spam filters or not reach us, or correspondence that we send to you may otherwise not have reached you.
AVAILABILITY OF THE WEBSITE, SECURITY AND ACCURACY
- Whilst Perfect Companion (M) Sdn Bhd endeavour to make the Website available 24 hours a day, we cannot be liable if for any reason the Website is unavailable for any time or for any period. Perfect Companion (M) Sdn Bhd make no warranty that your access to the Website will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. Due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed.
