1. Contest start on 15/June/2023 ~ 30/September/2023.
2. Contest is open to all Malaysia living in Malaysia with valid Mykad.
3. Contest is open to Malaysian age 18 years old and above.
4. Contest submission must include the theme of Thailand with the appearance of your pets.
5. Participants may submit more than one submission, but only ONE submission will be counted.
6. Submission of contest only valid through SmartHeart MY Mobile App.
7. Winner selection will be by the Organizer, Perfect Companion (M) Sdn. Bhd.
8. Winner selection will be based on the genuinity of photo, theme and photo creativity.
9. Winners selection by Organizer is final.
10. Winners will be announced within 30 working days after contest end.
11. Winners will be contacted through email, and announcement in official SmartHeart social media account.
12. Winners will be contacted for details of prizes and prize arrangement.
13. Prizes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable in the form of cash OR with a winner representative.
